Delivery
At Connecting™, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and stress-free.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Methods & Times
We only dispatch using secure, tracked delivery methods. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
Estimated delivery times:
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods. Regional and remote Australian locations may take a little longer — we'll keep you posted.
Delivery Costs
- Free delivery is available on all Australian orders over A$50.
- International delivery rates will be calculated at checkout.
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly, cancellations or changes are not possible once an order is placed. If you need help, email us as soon as possible at hey@au.tryconnecting.com.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hey@au.tryconnecting.com within 5 business days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damage so our team can help you resolve the issue quickly.
Peak Periods
During promotional events or holidays (including Christmas and EOFY), order processing and delivery times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.
